How we handle data, payments, and account security — honestly.
Data handling
Personal and health data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role. Coaches are controllers for most client records; MoreGrowth processes that data on the coach's instructions.
Hosting & infrastructure
Production services run on modern cloud infrastructure with regular backups. Backups are encrypted and retained for a limited window before rotation.
Payment processors
Card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe, Tap, Apple Pay, and Google Play where configured. We do not store full card numbers on MoreGrowth servers.
Account security
Authentication uses secure login flows. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Report suspected compromise to security@moregrowth.xyz immediately.
Privacy posture
We do not sell personal data. Health data is not used for third-party advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on rights and retention.
Certifications
MoreGrowth is not certified under SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO frameworks at this time. We implement practical technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a coaching SaaS platform.
