MoreGrowth Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for MoreGrowth (“MoreGrowth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to coach subscriptions and to the Nutrition+ add-on, and it forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to this Policy.

1. The Short Version

MoreGrowth is billed monthly, you can cancel anytime, and cancelling stops all future charges while keeping your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Because of this, payments are generally non-refundable — but we will review and, where appropriate, issue refunds for genuine billing problems, and we always honor refund rights that the law gives you. The details are below.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

  • Coach subscriptions (Lite, Starter, Growth, and Pro) are billed in advance, in US dollars, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Each renewal pays for the upcoming month of access. Once a billing period has started, the fee for that period is non-refundable, except as described in Sections 4 and 7.
  • You will not be charged for periods after you cancel.

3. Cancelling to Avoid Future Charges

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@moregrowth.xyz. Cancellation:

  • Stops all future renewals,
  • Keeps your access active until the end of your current paid period, and
  • Does not, on its own, trigger a refund for the current period.

To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours ahead so the change is processed in time.

4. When We Will Consider a Refund

Even though fees are generally non-refundable, we want billing to be fair. We will review a refund request and, at our reasonable discretion, issue a full or partial refund in situations such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges — for example, you were billed twice for the same period.
  • Billing errors on our side — you were charged the wrong amount or charged after a valid cancellation.
  • A technical failure attributable to MoreGrowth that prevented you from meaningfully using the Service for a significant part of a billing period and that we were unable to resolve after you reported it.

Refunds outside these situations are not guaranteed and are granted only if we agree in writing by email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Purchases Through the Apple App Store and Google Play

The Nutrition+ add-on, and any other purchase made inside the iOS or Android app, is processed by Apple or Google, not by MoreGrowth.

  • We cannot directly refund app store purchases.
  • Refund requests for these purchases are handled by the relevant store under its own refund policy, and you should request them through your Apple or Google account.
  • We’re happy to help you understand the process, but the final decision rests with the store.

6. Free Trials and Promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional period:

  • You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid any charge.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins and is billed under the normal terms above.
  • The first charge after a trial is non-refundable, because the trial was your opportunity to evaluate the Service. Promotional or discounted pricing applies only as described at the time of the offer.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that applicable consumer-protection law gives you in your country or region. Where local law requires a refund (for example, a mandatory cooling-off period for digital services), we will comply with that law, and those rights apply in addition to anything stated above.

8. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately or from your next billing cycle, as shown at checkout.
  • Downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the higher plan when you downgrade.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@moregrowth.xyz — we can usually resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount and any associated fees.

10. How to Request a Refund

Email support@moregrowth.xyz with:

  • The email address on your MoreGrowth account,
  • The date and amount of the charge, and
  • A short description of the issue.

We aim to respond within a few business days. For Nutrition+ or other in-app purchases, please request the refund through the Apple App Store or Google Play (see Section 5).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
