MoreGrowth Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 25, 2026 · Last Updated: June 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MoreGrowth (“MoreGrowth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the MoreGrowth platform, including our web dashboard at panel.moregrowth.xyz, our iOS and Android applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

The Service has two main types of users, and this Policy applies to both:

  • Coaches – personal trainers, strength coaches, and online fitness professionals who subscribe to MoreGrowth to manage their clients.
  • Clients – individuals invited by a Coach who use the client app to follow programs, log data, and communicate with their Coach.

Where a section applies only to one group, we say so.

Our role as a data controller and processor

This is important to understand:

  • MoreGrowth is the data controller for the information we collect to operate, secure, bill for, and improve the Service (for example, your account credentials, your subscription and payment records, and platform usage data).
  • For most Client information that a Coach enters or manages through the Service, the Coach is the controller and MoreGrowth acts as a processor / service provider carrying out the Coach’s instructions. Coaches are independently responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process their Clients’ data and for their own privacy practices. When a Client also has their own app account and enters their own data, MoreGrowth additionally acts as a controller for operating that account.

If you are a Client and have questions about how your Coach uses your data, contact your Coach directly. If you are a Coach, you are responsible for your own compliance with applicable data-protection laws toward your Clients.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

Account and profile information

  • Name, email address, password, phone number (optional)
  • Profile photo (optional)
  • For Coaches: business name, branding, and professional details
  • Client profile details, notes, and tags entered by a Coach

Payment and subscription information

  • Subscription plan, billing status, and transaction history
  • Payment-method details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (see Section 6). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Health, fitness, and wellness data (“Health Data”) — see Section 3 for special handling

  • Body weight and body measurements (e.g., waist, circumference)
  • Nutrition and meal logs, calorie and macronutrient information
  • Hydration tracking
  • Workout and training data (programs, sets, reps, performance, completion/adherence)
  • Progress photos and progress videos you choose to upload
  • Habit tracking and related notes

Media uploads

  • Images and videos you upload, including exercise demonstration media, exercise library content, profile images, and progress photos/videos
  • Any captions, descriptions, or metadata attached to that media

Communications

  • Messages, attachments, and media exchanged between Coaches and Clients through the in-app messaging feature
  • Support requests, bug reports, and correspondence you send to us

AI feature inputs

  • Text descriptions and/or photos of meals you submit to the Nutrition+ AI feature
  • Data used to generate AI insights and suggestions for Coaches (see Section 4)

2.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Device and technical data: device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, language settings, and time zone
  • Usage data: features used, pages and screens viewed, actions taken, session timestamps, and adherence/engagement metrics
  • Diagnostic data: crash reports, performance data, and error logs
  • Cookies and similar technologies on the web dashboard (see Section 9)

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Payment processors confirm transaction status and provide limited billing details.
  • App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) confirm in-app purchase and subscription status.
  • Apple Health (HealthKit) provides health and fitness data you choose to share with the app (see Section 3).
  • Calendar integrations (if you connect them, e.g., Google or Apple Calendar) provide the data you authorize.

3. Special Handling of Health and Fitness Data

We understand that Health Data is sensitive. The Service is a fitness and lifestyle coaching tool — it is not a medical device, and we are not a healthcare provider. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Consent. By entering or uploading Health Data, you consent to our processing of that data to provide the Service. Where required by law, we rely on your explicit consent to process this category of data. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting the data or closing your account (see Section 11).
  • Who can see it. A Client’s Health Data is visible to that Client’s Coach so the Coach can deliver coaching. It is also accessible to us and our processors as needed to run the Service.
  • Apple Health (HealthKit). With your permission, our iOS app can read certain health and fitness data from Apple Health. We use this data only to provide the in-app features you request. Consistent with Apple’s requirements, we do not use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or data-mining purposes.
  • No sale of Health Data. We do not sell your Health Data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes AI-powered features, including the Nutrition+ add-on (automatic meal parsing, calorie/macro estimation, personalized insights, and habit nudges) and AI suggestions for Coaches (e.g., automated insights highlighting which clients may need attention and retention prompts).

  • How it works. To provide these features, the relevant inputs (such as meal descriptions or photos, and aggregated client adherence/progress data) are sent to and processed by our AI provider, OpenAI, acting on our behalf to return results to you.
  • Estimates, not facts. AI outputs — including calorie counts, macronutrient estimates, insights, and suggestions — are automated estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general informational and convenience purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always verify important information and consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.
  • Human decision-making. AI suggestions to Coaches are decision-support tools. Coaches remain responsible for their own coaching decisions.
  • Training. MoreGrowth does not use your personal Health Data to train AI models of its own. We send certain inputs to our AI provider so it can generate results for you; that provider’s handling of submitted data is governed by its own terms, which we encourage you to review.

5. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features
  • Create and manage accounts and authenticate users
  • Enable the Coach–Client relationship, including programming, tracking, analytics, and messaging
  • Process subscriptions, add-ons, and payments
  • Generate progress visualizations, adherence reports, analytics, and AI insights
  • Provide the Nutrition+ AI feature and AI suggestions
  • Send service-related communications (e.g., transactional emails, security alerts, billing notices)
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests
  • Monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Legal bases (where applicable, e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR)

We rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you signed up for); consent (for Health Data and certain optional features); legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and operate the Service); and legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below.

  • With your Coach (for Clients) / with your Clients (for Coaches). The Service is built around this relationship; data flows between linked Coach and Client accounts as needed to deliver coaching.
  • Service providers / subprocessors. We share information with vendors who perform services for us under contract, including:
    • Payment processing: Stripe, the Apple App Store, and Google Play
    • Cloud hosting and storage: third-party cloud infrastructure providers
    • Media storage and delivery: third-party cloud infrastructure providers
    • AI processing: OpenAI
    • Analytics, crash reporting, and messaging infrastructure: Google Firebase
These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of MoreGrowth, our users, or others; and to detect or prevent fraud or security issues.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent.

7. International Data Transfers

MoreGrowth operates from the United States and serves users in multiple regions. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers (for example, standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we retain information only as long as necessary to:

  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud

When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the information. Backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

On the web dashboard, we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and secure the Service. We also use analytics tools (including Google Firebase) to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

10. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure authentication via our login portal. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@moregrowth.xyz.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Port your data to another service
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority

How to exercise rights:

  • You can update much of your profile and delete content directly in the app.
  • For other requests, contact us at support@moregrowth.xyz. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
  • Clients: because your Coach controls much of your data, some requests may need to be directed to, or coordinated with, your Coach.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a Coach, you are responsible for not entering data about minors without the appropriate consent and legal basis. If we learn we have collected information from a child without proper consent, we will delete it. Contact us at support@moregrowth.xyz if you believe a child has provided us information.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., app stores, payment providers, calendar providers). Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where required, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
